Use your property’s cash flow to fund the purchase
The Investor’s Loan, otherwise known as the DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan, lets individuals and LLCs use rental income to qualify for a mortgage. No tax returns, paystubs, or other proof of income required.
There is no limit to the number of properties you could finance. 1-4 unit properties and condos qualify. The maximum loan amount is $2.5M. We currently offer 30-year fixed-rate mortgages and ARMs.
To be eligible for the DSCR loan, you’ll need a FICO rating of at least 620 and have owned an investment property for at least a year.
